Seven people were booked or released through the Johnson County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 13, according to booking records published by the Olathe Reporter. The report covers arrests of Olathe residents or arrests made by the Olathe Police Department.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
The Johnson County Sheriff publishes booking records as part of the public record. The Aug. 13 report includes individuals arrested on dates ranging from July 10 through Aug. 13, with most released the same day on bond or recognizance.
A 34-year-old Lawrence woman was arrested Aug. 13 for first-degree felony possession and second-or-subsequent-offense misdemeanor theft. She remained in custody on a $50,000 bond as of the report date, the highest bond listed in the day's bookings.
A 60-year-old Osawatomie man was arrested July 10 for two counts of first-degree felony possession. He was released on a $52,500 bond on Aug. 13 after more than a month in custody.
A 35-year-old Gardner man was arrested Aug. 12 for first-offense domestic battery and criminal damage of less than $1,000. He was released on a $6,000 bond on Aug. 13.
A 22-year-old Olathe man was arrested Aug. 13 for disorderly conduct and released the same day on a $2,500 bond.
A 34-year-old Olathe man was arrested Aug. 10 for a parole violation and released on recognizance on Aug. 13.
A 30-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, woman was arrested Aug. 10 for a court-ordered commitment to serve a misdemeanor sentence. She was released on recognizance on Aug. 13.
A 45-year-old Overland Park woman was arrested Aug. 10 for misdemeanor theft and released on a $1,000 bond on Aug. 13.
Of the seven individuals listed, six were released on Aug. 13 either on bond or on their own recognizance. One person remained in custody.
